Art Adventures at MOE
Art News: July 26 Art is messy, fun, and inspiring. This year at Mandarin Oaks I have many exciting projects planned. For those who know me, you expect to see me teaching 5th grade but now I teach art. Art is always been a part of my life. I look forward to an exciting adventure in art. Look for a weekly update to this blog. I will post pictures of student work (artists of the month), projects we are working on, upcoming events, and items to save for our recycled art projects. I have been in training where I have gathered some great ideas to use this year. As part of our training we were given the opportunity to use clay. We created a pinch pot, a pig and a lizard. I plan on having the students create 1 to 2 projects that will involve using clay. Here's to a creative year in art at Mandarin Oaks.
